Louann founded Partners in Healthcare with a passion for providing personalized, compassionate pain management and family health services to the Des Moines community. With advanced training as a Doctor of Nursing Practice and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, she brings a whole-patient perspective to every appointment.
Director of Operations
Cayden oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the clinical team can focus on delivering excellent patient care. He plays a key role in building the systems, processes, and relationships that keep the practice growing.

Grace is often one of the first friendly faces patients see. She assists with clinical tasks, patient prep, and ensures appointments run efficiently and comfortably from start to finish.
